We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Your right to return
Under Dutch consumer law (Wet Kopen op Afstand), you have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Email us at hello@ateasestudio.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item is damaged. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving instructions from us, as return addresses may vary by product and supplier.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in which case we cover the return costs.
Refunds
Once we confirm your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email hello@ateasestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

At Ease Studio — Retour- en Terugbetalingsbeleid
Wij willen dat u tevreden bent met uw bestelling. Als er iets niet klopt, kunt u hieronder lezen hoe het retourproces werkt.
Uw recht op retour
Op grond van de Wet Kopen op Afstand heeft u het recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, zonder opgave van reden. Artikelen dienen ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking te zijn.
Hoe start u een retour?
Stuur niets terug zonder eerst contact met ons op te nemen. Stuur een e-mail naar hello@ateasestudio.com met uw bestelnummer, de reden voor de retour en een foto als het artikel beschadigd is. Wij reageren binnen 2 werkdagen met retourinstructies. Stuur geen artikelen terug voordat u instructies van ons heeft ontvangen, omdat retouradressen per product en leverancier kunnen verschillen.
Retourkosten
De retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het artikel beschadigd, defect of onjuist is geleverd — in dat geval vergoeden wij de retourkosten.
Terugbetaling
Zodra uw retour is goedgekeurd, wordt uw terugbetaling binnen 14 dagen verwerkt op uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. U ontvangt een bevestigingsmail zodra de terugbetaling is gedaan.
Beschadigd of onjuist artikel
Als uw bestelling beschadigd is aangekomen of als u een verkeerd artikel heeft ontvangen, neem dan binnen 48 uur na levering contact op via hello@ateasestudio.com met een foto van het artikel en uw bestelnummer. Wij sturen een vervangend artikel of betalen u volledig terug.
Niet retourneerbare artikelen
Artikelen die gebruikt, gewassen of niet meer in originele staat zijn, kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.
